we are glad to organize a special training session in the Project Management field.
The session will last 2.5 hours, with the following program:
- Project Schedule Management Overview
- Scheduling background
- Schedule Management Plan
- How to develop schedule with Critical Path Method
- Control Schedule
- Practical Exercises
The session will be held by Eng. Pasquale Castellaneta, PMP ( Project Management Professional ) certified since 2010 and working in the Space Business over 17 years.
