On 17 November a first get-together took place for a future WIA-E Vienna Local Group, where 12 women from very varied backgrounds met to hear about WIA-E and to talk about how the local group could be set up in Vienna. There was much enthusiasm, a very fruitful discussion with a lot of exciting ideas, and several new members.

WIA-E is looking forward to the next meetings and the official launch which will happen next year.
