In light of inclusivity, is there a lack of technical staff interested in professional organisations? This will be an open discussion of your views on the challenge of including all (aerospace) professions within WIA, and where the hurdles lie or where a potential disinterest could come from. Things to consider: topics of interest, stigma surrounding professional organisations, the benefits it brings you, what additional benefits you would like to see, and limitation seen derived from the name. Bring your lunch and join WIA-E members from all over Europe at our informal conversation hosted on Zoom.
