Absolut Sensing is working on the deployment of a satellite constellation to measure greenhouse gases (GHG), in order to provide regulators with reliable data on methane emissions, followed by carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.
The constellation, based on three key technological breakthroughs, will provide a precise, recurring and global measurement able to identify the source of emissions and quantifies them. This measurement, combined with a near-real-time alert system, will enable rapid decision-making and daily monitoring of changes in priority areas of interest.
