WIA-E Barcelona wants to present you the first event to mark the start of the academic year with Claudia Kessler, co-founder of WIA-E. We will share this event with the students of the ISU Master of Space Studies 2021, the members of WIA-E Strasbourg and Victoria Valdivia, Mentor at the UN’s Space4Women network.
Claudia Kessler is an aerospace engineer who has worked for more than 30 years in the space industry. In April 2017 she founded Astronautin GmbH to enable a female future within the German astronaut corps (so far exclusively male). She is campaigning for a dynamic vision of a gender-equal aerospace industry and is working hard to achieve her ambitious goal of sending the first German woman into space in 2021.
Next Monday, 14th September at 18h will talk about her motivation as founder of WIA-Europe, her vision and will give advice for a new inclusive society.
Register here and don’t miss it!
