Laetitia Cesari Zarkan is currently working for the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). She is also a doctoral researcher in Space Law and Cyber Law at the University of Luxembourg. Her primary research areas are legal and political issues related to space safety, stability and sustainability.
