Secretary of the Board, Women In Aerospace Europe

Arianna Cagliari is the Business Development Manager and shareholder of PICOSATS, an Italian company specialising in the development of telecommunication systems for small satellites. In this role, she formulates and oversees the execution of strategies to expand PICOSATS’ business and represents the company’s interests at national and international events and to industry organisations. 

In 2018, she entered the aerospace field as the head of a research activity aimed at understanding and isolating the key variables involved in the growth process from start-up to scale-up for five Italian companies within the aerospace ecosystem.

Prior to that, Arianna had experience in the fashion and automotive industries.

Arianna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in International Management from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. 

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Trieste.
