We are thrilled to announce a new Partnership Agreement between Women In Aerospace Europe and The Space Economy Evolution Lab (SEELab, SDA Bocconi).
The Space Economy Evolution Lab is an SDA Bocconi independent research centre that offers a multidisciplinary perspective within the space sector: economic, technological, and policy factors are all integrated into its academic works.
The SEE Lab is committed to training future leaders with out-of-the-box thinking, by generating and disseminating comprehensive knowledge on the key aspects of the space economy in the short, medium, and long term, at the global level. To accomplish its goals, the SEE Lab delivers strategic insights to private and public institutions to gauge the opportunities presented by the Space sector.
Through this partnership, Bocconi SEE Lab and WIA-Europe aim to combine their expertise and resources to advance research, promote diversity, and drive innovation in the space and aerospace sectors. Together, we are committed to shaping the future of aerospace by fostering collaboration, empowering professionals, and creating opportunities for growth and development.
Luisella Giulicchi, President of WIA-Europe: “We are thrilled to welcome SDA Bocconi as one of WIA-Europe’s partners. The evolution of the aerospace sector requires skills beyond the technical and scientific ones. Both our organisations strive to develop a competent workforce in an inclusive environment, aiming for excellence regardless of gender.”
Simonetta Di Pippo, Director of SEE Lab: “I am truly excited to welcome WIA Europe as a new partner of the SEE Lab. Having been the founder of this important institution, I strongly believe that both SEE Lab and WIA Europe will strive for an open, inclusive, and diversity-respecting environment, and this partnership will enable us to work together to build a better society.”
