Are you passionate about increasing career opportunities and visibility of women experts in the aerospace sector and would like to support our international network? We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team starting in January 2025, focusing on LinkedIn Management and Content Integration. This role is currently managed by one person in tight collaboration with the rest of the team.
LinkedIn Management
We are looking for a native or near-native English speaker who will support us in managing our LinkedIn presence. This includes monitoring our main LinkedIn page, coordinating content with regional network pages, and posting regular updates about our news, events, and initiatives. The role also includes contributing to our regular Friday jobs post – researching relevant opportunities within our network and providing key information. You will share LinkedIn responsibilities with another team member and will be supported in content creation and management.
Content Integration
For this role, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for documenting and organising our content-related activities. You will maintain an overview document of our various initiatives, ensuring we have an updated archive. Additionally, you will take charge of the new monthly “Spotlight Aerospace Career” initiative, curating and integrating content that will be featured on our website.
The role is manageable with a few hours per week.
About Us
We are a not-for-profit association that relies on the support of our dedicated volunteers. We very much value your time and commitment, and we are happy to adjust tasks and responsibilities based on your availability. However, for the time of your volunteer term, we will rely on you as a full WIA-Europe team member responsible for the agreed tasks. Each volunteer term is 6 months, with the possibility to renew for subsequent terms upon mutual agreement. You will be joining a very friendly, tight-knit, and supportive team that is committed to achieving our shared goals. The team activities are coordinated by Xenia Pattberg, WIA-Europe Head of Communications, and Olesya Klyuchenkova, Social Media Coordinator.
Applications can be sent to public-relations@wia-europe.org.
We look forward to hearing from you!
