We are excited to invite you to the next edition of our Space Brunch Lab — a signature series by WIA-Europe Munich, designed to bring together women from the aerospace sector to connect, share their experiences, and enjoy a delicious brunch in a warm and welcoming setting.

Each Space Brunch Lab features a core discussion topic that resonates with the lived experiences of women in aerospace. These conversations create space for honest dialogue, mutual support, and actionable insights that empower us in both our personal and professional lives.

For our upcoming Space Brunch Lab, the main topic is: “Strengthen Your Self-Worth Foundation”

Many people walk through life with invisible cracks in their sense of self-worth — cracks caused by rejection, comparison, overworking, or growing up with conditional love. These often show up as burnout, people-pleasing, under-earning, or staying small. This discussion is about repairing and reinforcing the core foundation that holds everything else in life: your self-worth.

Together, we work on:

Awareness – Recognizing beliefs, stories, and patterns that weaken self-worth

Reconnection – Returning to the truth of your innate value

Practice – Acting from self-worth through boundaries, self-advocacy, and aligned choices

We will reflect on how these elements apply in the demanding, fast-paced world of aerospace, and how we can build resilience while staying true to ourselves.
