WIA-E Rome RN: From Unconscious Bias to Inclusive Behaviors

At Thales Alenia Space, with a strong presence across several European sites, we are proud to share our workshop, developed under our Diversity and Inclusion policy, with the WIA Europe community. This initiative aims to foster an inclusive culture by raising awareness of stereotypes and biases. Speaker: Ilaria Nibbi, Talent Performance Diversity & Inclusion Manager in Thales Alenia space Italia

Short bio: Ilaria has around 20 years of experience in the HR sector. Following a brief experience at Renault, she joined Thales Alenia Space which has given her the opportunity to experience and learn from the different roles she have performed in the HR Function of Italy and France. Her professional background and the skills she have developed over the years allowed her to cover role as Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner and the current position of Talent management, Diversity & Inclusion.
