After a first discussion part, including insight into the concepts of leadership and teamwork, starting from rugby's strategies —such as effective communication, trust-building, and adaptability— and their suitability to leadership roles in aerospace, the participants will engage in a "touch rugby" game (i.e. without physical touch) to apply the skills discussed earlier.
