Join WIA-Europe and Space Pride (an international nonprofit advocating for the LGBTQ+ community in the space sector) at IAC for a collaborative event exploring this question and a discussion on what inclusivity in the workplace looks like to you! Following an interactive activity, attendees will have the chance to participate in an open discussion on diversity, the benefits it brings to the workplace, and the harm “othering” individuals can cause.
